Structural Steelwork

We specialise in the design, fabrication and erection of all types of steel structures including:-

• Small and medium span single and multi-span portal frames, of any geometry, with or without overhead crane facilities.
• Large span single and multi-span portal frames, of any geometry, with or without overhead crane facilities. (Up to 50m span per frame).
• Low rise (up to 5 storey) post and beam, braced and/or rigid jointed structures.
• Trussed or lattice structures.
• Most forms of building steelwork.

Finishes to Fabricated Structural Steelwork:

• After Blast Cleaning & Metal Cleaning the steelwork is painted by way of airless spraying techniques.
• These systems are generally of a H.B.Z.P (High Build Zinc Phosphate) or high-build 2pk epoxy type, applied to suit either internal or external sites.
• We can offer one or two coat systems, in any colour from the RAL & BS ranges to suit our client's requirements.
• Intumescent coatings are also available to suit our clients fire protection needs, be it ½ Hour, 1Hour or more.
• Hot dip galvanised finish in accordance with ISO 1461, is also available.

Over the past 25 years, Atlasco have invested heavily in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and detailing which is all carried out in house.

We currently operate a wide range of specialist design and detailing software including:

These facilities enable us to compile, convert, import and export drawing and detailed data in all formats.
